HP DeskJet 2655 All-in-One Printer

having trouble connecting to my wireless printer. Test results says wireless radio is turned off. I do not even know what this is as I have never had this problem before. How do I turn it back on?

Thereafter, download HP Smart app (from Playstore or Microsoft Store) and setup and connect printer to the network.
