i cannot print from my pc and the page is asking that i am at the printer but i dont know how to do that

Possibly it wants you get a status report that describes the problem.

 

Page 6 of the user manual shows the different reports

 

 

I can walk you thorough reconnecting to Wi-Fi using the router or bypassing the router.
