Hi @TennBapa44,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

To print in color with your HP ENVY 6055e printer, follow these steps:

Check Ink Levels: Make sure that your color ink cartridges have ink. Replace any empty cartridges if necessary.

Printer Settings:

  • Open the document or photo you want to print.
  • Select File > Print.
  • In the print dialog box, select your HP ENVY 6055e printer.
  • Click on Printer Properties, Preferences, or Properties (the wording may vary depending on your application).
  • Look for an option like "Color" or "Print in Color" and ensure that it's selected.
  • Click OK or Print to start printing.

Printer Software:

  • You can also adjust the color settings using the HP Smart app or the HP printer software installed on your computer.
  • Open the HP Smart app or the HP printer software.
  • Locate the print settings or color settings section.
  • Ensure that the color printing option is enabled.

Printer Display:

  • On the printer display, navigate to the settings or setup menu.
  • Look for an option related to color printing and ensure it's turned on.

You may refer to this document for other print quality issues.

If you've followed these steps and the printer is still not printing in color, there may be an issue with the printer settings, the document you're trying to print, or the printer itself. You can try printing a test page or a different document to see if the issue persists. If it does, the printer needs to be checked.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Please mark this post as Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
