Hi @RWB7,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To access the administrator menu on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer, follow these steps.

Power On the Printer: Ensure that your printer is turned on and ready.

Access the Control Panel: Locate the printer's control panel, which is typically a touchscreen display.

Navigate to Setup:

  • Tap on the Setup icon (this looks like a wrench or gear) on the home screen of the printer.

Go to Printer Maintenance:

  • In the Setup menu, look for Printer Maintenance or Tools (the exact wording may vary).

Select Administrator Settings:

  • Look for an option related to Administrator Settings or Admin Menu. You may need to enter a password if prompted (the default is usually blank, but if it has been set, you’ll need to enter that).

Make Necessary Changes: From the administrator menu, you can adjust various settings, including network configuration, security settings, and more.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
