• We have a HP 8625e printer that we have had to replace the print head 3 times in less than 5 years and we have always used genuine HP ink cartridges.

They are warranty for one year the printhead that came with your printer when new, late replacement printheads have 90 days warranty. The limited paper count/ink usage is not specified.

For printers using these types of printheads, the original printhead that comes with the printer is warranted for one year from the date of printer purchase.
