Product: HP Photosmart 8450 Pringer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I have been using my HP Photosmart printer with a USB cable for the past five years.  All of a sudden the printer shows and error and when I troubleshoot it says that the USB port is not being recognized anymore 2.0 versus 3.0.  My laptop has not changed and I tried all 4 USB ports and none work.  I decided to by a HP network adapter that is for the photosmart 8400 printer so I could print via bluetooth.  I can figure out how to install it and my laptop is not finding the printer.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
