Hi @4Bella ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you want to install your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-In-One Printer on your Mac, you can follow these steps:
- Prepare Your Printer: Make sure your printer is unpacked and set up properly. Ensure that it's connected to your Mac either via USB cable or through a wireless network.
- Download Drivers: Visit the HP website to download the latest drivers and software for your printer model. You can go to the official HP support website, enter your printer model (OfficeJet Pro 9018), and navigate to the Drivers section. Download the appropriate drivers for macOS.
- Install Drivers: Once the drivers are downloaded, locate the downloaded file and double-click to open it. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the drivers and software on your Mac.
- Add Printer: After the installation is complete, go to "System Preferences" on your Mac. You can find this by clicking on the Apple icon in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Printers & Scanners: In the System Preferences window, click on "Printers & Scanners."
- Add Printer or Scanner: Click the "+" button below the list of printers on the left-hand side of the window. Your Mac will search for available printers.
- Select Your Printer: Your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 should appear in the list of available printers. Click on it to select it.
- Add Printer: Click on the "Add" button. Your Mac will then automatically install the necessary drivers and add the printer to your list of available printers.
- Test Printing: Once added, you can test if your printer is working properly by printing a test page. Close the System Preferences window, open any document or picture, and select File > Print. Choose your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 from the list of available printers and click "Print" to test. Software and Drivers for HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer
