@leslie432, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Sure, I can help with that! Here are the steps to change your HP (Smart tank) 7600 series printer settings from black and white to color:

For Windows:

  1. Open the document or photo you want to print.
  2. Click File, then Print.
  3. Select your HP 7600 series printer.
  4. Click Printer Properties or Properties.
  5. Go to the Color tab.
  6. Under Color Options, select Automatic to print in color or Print in Grayscale to print in black and white.
  7. Click OK to save the settings.

For macOS:

  1. Open the document or photo you want to print.
  2. Click File, then Print.
  3. Select your HP 7600 series printer.
  4. Click Show Details if necessary.
  5. Select Color/Quality Options.
  6. Clear the Black & White checkbox to print in color.
  7. Click Print.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
