Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My deskjet 6940 tool box is missing. Can I manually clean cartriges, like I can by holing power button and cancel button to get Report Page?

@ddice Welcome to HP Community!

 

Unforchutanley,It is not possible to clean the ink cartridges using the printer buttons. You have to use the HP toolbox. 

 

Or you have to physically clean the ink cartridge.
