Operating System: iOS

I was setting up my HP Tango X and in the section of creating a new account, I did it but still not enter the verify code.
Now I want to delete this account (which is just registered and never input verify code) and log in my another account which is created before when i bought this machine.

No matter how reset or re-download the HP Smart app in my iphone, I couldn't come to the log-in page in stead of verify code input page .

Please help #_#

I see that you would like to delete the HP Smart account. 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding assistance. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
