I have a OfficeJet 6960 Pro All-In-One (Product number: T0F32A); I can't switch the wireless network. Th config menu is grey and the access is denied. I wanted to do a factory reset and I am facing the same issue. So the 1st option is to login as the admin and remove the access restriction. But how? I can't access the printer via the network.
2nd) I could perform a factory reset but the necessary menus are also grey and can't be used. So is there a hidden way to do a full reset so that the factory settings will be used?
If you have ideas, please let me know
