Hi @4958,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To adjust the size of your document on an HP OfficeJet Pro 8130e printer, you can use the scaling options available in the printer settings. Here’s a quick guide:

Access Print Settings:

  • On your computer, open the document you wish to print.

  • Go to the print dialog box. This can usually be accessed by selecting "File" > "Print" or pressing "Ctrl + P" on your keyboard.

Select Printer:

  • Ensure that the HP OfficeJet Pro 8130e is selected as your printer.

Adjust Document Scaling:

  • Look for an option called "Page Scaling," "Scale," or "Scaling" in the print settings.

  • You can either:

    • Enter a specific scaling percentage. A value greater than 100% will enlarge the document, whereas a value less than 100% will reduce it.

    • Select a preset option, such as "Fit to Page" if you want the content to match the size of the paper.

Preview Changes:

  • Use the print preview feature to ensure that your document appears in the desired size and layout.

Print:

  • Once satisfied with the adjustments, proceed to print your document by clicking the "Print" button.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
