Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

hi,  i am unable to print from my mobile phone and it appears related to the hp smart app unable to locate my printer.  it's set up but it says printer unavailable.   however,  i have no issues with the set up on my pc and able to print from that.   

please help
