during the setup of my new Envy 6020e printer I failed to enter the WPS pin code within 120 secs. How do I obtain a new one?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to connect your printer using a WPS pin, I am glad to assist you.

To generate a new PIN: Restart your computer, and then go through the printer setup process again.
