hey all.... there MUST be a simple solution to this! Why am I not able to find a way to print a color photo in COLOR and not just BLACK & WHITE. I've successfully installed my HP Smart app, connected my new wireless printer (ENVY Pro 6400 Series (actually a 6458 series) to my laptop (a MacBook Pro, using macOS Big Sur version 11.2.3. ). I installed two ink cartridges (67XL tri-color for the colored ink and 67 for Black ink). Every time I click "print" and the windows open I see Default Settings in the window next to "PRESETS" . when I move the window up or down I see only "Black and White" or "Black and White-Draft" as options. Nothing for COLOR. when I click on Presets a window opens but again nothing where I have any options to click on for color printing. any suggestions? PS : (I see on my printer Control Panel two identical icons side by side which, according to the instructions are for either Blk&Wht(right), or Color(left), but this seems to be applied to only making copies of something, not printing something from my computer.)

@Delta9090, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print in color from the Mac. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
- Have you used the AirPrint option to print and check the result?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check for any software updates on Mac
Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
Install the printer using the AirPrint driver.
1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.
3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
4.) Click the plus sign click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.
Note: Select "Bonjour multifunction" under kind while installing.
Print a color document to check the result. You may also refer to - Print Settings Guide (Mac) to know how to make changes.
