Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear support,

 

I lost admin password of printer HP LaserJet MFP M725 after firmware update. Update process has been done without issue. Actual version is 2411097_060473 as show in attached picture but I am not able to log once again.

Please I need your support

Run a cold reset from the preboot menu, google search for instructions.
