Product: Color LaserJet MFP M477fnw

Although I have never set one, my printer is requiring a password to get into the setup screens or do anything from the touch panel. I would simply reset to factory defaults but even that requires a password to be entered. This is a personal device in our home with no other users besides family. We do not desire there to be a password on the printer.
