Hi @Bodiddle ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to turn off duplex (double-sided) printing on your HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw Printer, follow these steps based on your operating system:
For Windows:
Access Printer Settings:
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog, type control, and hit Enter.
- Go to Devices and Printers or Printers & Scanners.
- Right-click your HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw printer and select Printer Preferences or Printing Preferences.
Disable Duplex Printing:
- Look for a tab like Finishing, Features, or Layout.
- Find the option for Print on Both Sides or Duplex Printing and uncheck or disable it.
Apply the Changes:
- Click OK or Apply to save your changes.
For macOS:
Access Printer Settings:
- Open a document and go to File > Print.
- Select your HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw printer from the dropdown menu.
Disable Duplex Printing:
- In the print settings window, look for a dropdown menu labeled Layout or Two-Sided.
- Set Two-Sided to Off or select None.
Save as Default (Optional):
- After changing the settings, you can save them as default for this printer by clicking Presets > Save Current Settings as Preset.
Printer Control Panel:
If duplex printing was enabled via the printer's control panel:
- Access the Settings menu on the printer's touchscreen or control panel.
- Navigate to Printing Preferences or Duplex Settings.
- Disable the duplex option and save your settings.
