my hp deskjet 3700 has power , paper error and wireless light blinking all at the same time with a leter E on screen and all  symbols flashing

I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen.  

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document- Blinking Lights By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.
