hp 7740 prints all thin lines too thick please help

hello the hp 7740 prints all thin lines much too thick, regardless of the application.

I installed another hp printer to test it (K 850) and it printed everything perfectly.
unfortunately only a paper compartment.

I'm looking for an inkjet printer driver with 2 paper trays.

Hi,

Do you have the HP Officejet Pro 7740 Basic Device Software installed on your computer? Please search the Programs and Features list and ensure it is installed.

Such a behavior may occur due to using a Class driver without installing the dedicated HP driver for your printer.

If the software may missing, please follow HP Easy Start below and make sure you select the HP Basic or Full Feature Software during the Software Selection screen:

I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it according to your specifications.

but unfortunately nothing has changed.

in the attached file are two printouts with the hp 7740.
1x with the original driver.
1x with the driver from the hp k850.

the lines of the k 850 are perfect but unfortunately the driver does not have a second paper compartment.

hope for a different solution or a different driver from another hp device.

it is only displayed briefly and later it has become illegible again.
