I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series printer suddenly enters "Setup Incomplete" mode, it can often be caused by firmware or connectivity issues. 

Here are some steps to try to get the printer back to working order:
 

1. Power Cycle the Printer

• Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
• Wait about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on.
• See if the setup error has cleared.

2. Check for Firmware Updates Update the firmware on an HP printer

• If you can access the printer’s display, navigate to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Update the Printer to ensure it has the latest firmware version.

3. Reset the Printer to Factory Settings

• On the printer's touchscreen, go to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Restore > Restore to Factory Defaults.
• After resetting, you may need to reconfigure the printer’s wireless connection.

4. Reconnect to the Wi-Fi

• From the printer's display, go to Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Settings, and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network.
• Ensure that your printer and computer are on the same network.

5. Re-run Printer Setup

• If prompted, you may need to go through the setup process again. This can be done by using the HP Smart app on your computer or smartphone.
• Open the HP Smart app, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
