My printer will not move past the "go to set up website screen" even after the ink cartridges are successfully installed

It sounds like your printer is stuck on the setup screen. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Power Cycle the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Connections: Ensure all cables (power and data) are securely connected. If it's a wireless printer, check that it’s connected to the Wi-Fi network.

Reset to Factory Settings: If the printer has a reset option, try restoring it to factory settings. This is usually found in the settings menu.

Use the Setup Website: If the printer prompts you to visit a setup website, do so. Follow the instructions to complete the setup process.

Firmware Update: Check the HP website for any firmware updates for your printer model. Sometimes, installing the latest firmware can resolve issues.
