My router shows that I have two networks available. I will call them Network A and B. My printer is able to connect to network A wirelessly and work perfectly. However I need it to connect to Network B because my other devices work wirelessly off of Network B. How can I get my printer to connect wirelessly to Network B?

Hi,

May you have a dual-band router?

Assuming Network A lists a wireless band of the 2.4GHz and Network B list the band of 5GHz, the printer will only see and connect to network A, it does not support a 5GHz wireless band and cannot connect to a such.
