@Vineet21, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to access the EWS page of the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

thanks for the much help required bro, the second solution in your private message worked. however i am getting another error for scan. it says unable to communicate with the scanner. The hp print and scan doctor detected a driver error and in the virtual chat i found that  HP Digital Imaging Monitor (DIM) software is missing in my drivers. how to get that software/driver..i need to get the printer's scan function up and running. i have also tried disabling all the firewalls still the problem exits. Thanks in aticipation.

Glad to know that the issue is now resolved.  For scanning, kindly use the HP Smart app.

You may download it from the Microsoft Store.
