After several hours, I found the solution.
I reset the printer to its factory settings, and then it reinstalled the software. I also restarted the Wi-Fi router.
I think the problem was that the printer didn't have a connection to the cloud. Does my printer always have to be in standby mode?

Is there any way to connect the printer and computer?
Meanwhile, please open the Control Panel - Devices and Printers - on your computer and find the printer icon. (Is the icon status ready?)
Right click on it - Printer Properties - Port.
Find the default port again and send me a picture to confirm the issue. Thank you.
