Hello, I deleted the hp m26a printer driver version 5.0.3.9707 and installed the driver version 11.21.0.5551, but unfortunately it does not have a scanner program, and after that i want to use version 15.0.16103.89 send an error : "a fatal error occurred preventing product use" is it possible to give me the download link for version 5.0.3.9707 or the download link for the scanning software? give me

There is obviously a problem with Windows or other programs.
I recommend that you perform a clean boot and then repeat the steps.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I do not want to go into the driver versions listed here.
Here's what you need to do:
- Disconnect printer from computer- remove the USB cable -
Do not switch off the printer >> unplug the power cord from the socket! - Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
- Restart the PC
- Close all programs
- download only this complete package: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M25-M27 Series Full Software and Drivers
be sure to read all the information! - Reconnect the printer to the power supply and switch it on (if this does not happen automatically)
wait until the printer has fully booted up. Never connect the printer to the computer. - Close all programs
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE,
File name: HP_LaserJet_Pro_MFP_M25-M27_full_solution_16103.exe (86.2 MB)
Via USB, means wait until the installation asks to connect the printer - The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the System again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.

I don't see any HP Smart.
But the “HP Support Assistant”.
Start the HP Assistant and remove the printer.
Next, uninstall HP Update.
Now reboot the system.
When the system is fully booted, then uninstall the printer software, does it work now?
