i bought hp mfp 135w printer from 2 month, i download the latest  frimware update from hp download driver page and update it,

after that the printer did not recognize the original cartridge  , i think the printer need to be factory reset but i don't know how ?

i need help  to solve this problem by reset the printer or any another way.
