i have an hp deskjet 2652 and used the print and scan doctor to figure out why my black and white full ink cartridge isn't printing properly. tried the cleaning option on the print and scan doctor and closed it as instructed after i finished trying to fix the ink. I saw something on the "fixing poor print quality" support page about a way to do a second-level clean but was unable to do it through the instructions i was given. i decided to try the scan doctor again but when i went to open it, it said another instance is already open. so i cant find the open instance and cant delete it because its still open somehow and cant download another because its already open.
