@Patty833, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Printer App being Stuck in a Loading Loop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with the HP printer app getting stuck in a loading loop. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. Restart Your Device

  • Restart your computer or mobile device: Sometimes, simply restarting the device can resolve connectivity issues.

2. Check Internet Connection

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection: Verify that your device is connected to the internet. If you're using Wi-Fi, make sure the signal strength is strong.

3. Update the App

  • Check for updates: Ensure that the HP printer app is up to date. Visit the app store on your device to see if there is an update available for the HP app.

4. Clear Cache and Data

  • Clear cache: For mobile devices, go to Settings > Apps > HP App > Storage > Clear Cache.
  • Clear data: If clearing the cache does not solve the issue, try clearing the app data. This is also found under Settings > Apps > HP App > Storage > Clear Data. Be aware that clearing the data will reset the app, and you may need to set it up again.

5. Reinstall the App

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app: Remove the HP printer app from your device and then reinstall it from the app store.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
