1. Go to the HP Support Website:

2. Select Your Printer Model:

  • On the HP support page, enter your printer's full model number (HP ENVY 6500e Series) in the search bar.
  • Select your printer model from the search results.

3. Download Drivers and Software:

  • Once you're on the correct product page for the HP ENVY 6500e, navigate to the Software and Drivers section.
  • Select your operating system (Windows, macOS, etc.) to ensure you get the correct software for your computer.

4. Download HP Printer Assistant:
