hp scan and capture app. won't work on win10 or win11 computer. won't find device on both of my newer computers but works fine on my older win 10 computer. I hate to have to buy a new printer.!! Any Help would be Great!!!

Please use HP Scan Extended software to scan:


              https://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi


Once it's downloaded and installed, for Windows 10/11:


   (a) Hit Win key,
   (b) Scroll down to HP group/folder,
   (c) Double click "HP Scan Extended"


You can right click the put a shortcut on Taskbar or Desktop
