If the HP Smart app is installed on your computer but doesn't appear in the Start menu or as a desktop shortcut for your OfficeJet Pro 8710, here's what you can do:
Search for the app: Try searching for the HP Smart app using the search function in your operating system. For Windows, click on the Start button and start typing "HP Smart." It should appear in the search results.
Create a shortcut manually: If you find the app through the search, you can create a desktop shortcut by right-clicking on the app and selecting "Create shortcut." Then, drag and drop this shortcut to your desktop.
Pin to Start menu: After finding the app through search, right-click on it and select "Pin to Start" to add it to your Start menu.
