When logging in to hp smart I am directed to a web browser to sign in, when I enter my email address and click next, I get 

An error has occurred

BADREQUEST

X-request-id: 85420070-d131-11eb-8d55-9b50c602a3eb.1d500470-d5f1-11eb-8d55-9b50c602a3eb

doesn't matter which browser I set as default chrome or safari. any ideas.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

This seems to be an issue with the HP Smart app.

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app.

Here are the steps:- Click here
