Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to perform a hard reset on your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:
- Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.
- Wait for 60 seconds to allow the printer's internal components to reset.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the wall outlet.
- Press the power button to turn the printer back on.
If this simple reset doesn't work, you can try a factory reset. Note that this will restore your printer to its original settings and disable any saved configurations:
