HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I managed to disable all networking, my bad. I need to do a hard reset.  The menu resets do not work

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I understand you are trying to perform a hard reset on your HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:

  1. Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.
  3. Wait for 60 seconds to allow the printer's internal components to reset.
  4. Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the wall outlet.
  5. Press the power button to turn the printer back on.

If this simple reset doesn't work, you can try a factory reset. Note that this will restore your printer to its original settings and disable any saved configurations:
