I understand that your printer is displaying "Can't print, account problems" on the screen.
 

To help narrow this down, could you please confirm whether you are using HP Instant Ink or the HP All-In Plan?
 

If you're enrolled in HP Instant Ink, please sign in to your HP Instant Ink account and check if there are any:

  • Pending or failed payments
  • Billing issues
  • Account notifications
  • Subscription status alerts

Sometimes, an account or payment issue can cause the printer to display this message and prevent printing.

Also, please let us know:

  • What is the exact HP printer model?
  • Are you using Instant Ink cartridges or regular HP cartridges?
  • If possible, please share a photo of the message displayed on the printer screen so we can verify the exact error.

Once we have these details, we'll be happy to guide you with the appropriate next steps.
