i have tried everything to get printer to print in color. I have new colored in , aligned it right, downloaded hp smart app, changed it to color every single time in each option that was given to me before printing, but it is still printing in black and white. please help me out if anyone can

 I'd like to help!

 

I understand you're unable to print in color.

 

To assist better-

 

1) Are you able to make color copies?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

3)What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone? 

 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

 

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
