hello!!
5 days ago i bought and set up my printer but i didn't get my 6 months of ink that was promised on the packaging (as you can see from the photo)
, i can't find it on the app either, please help me redeem the trial before 7 pass and i can't redeem it anymore!!

First thing to check...
Look on the box - See the notice "6 months with HP+"
For the extended trial, you have to opt (choose / sign up) for HP+ service to be eligible for the extended 6 month Instant Ink offer.
What?
HP+ is NOT Instant Ink - the two are related in the sense that the Instant Ink Trial period is extended when you opt (choose) HP+ service.
There are other limitations, benefits, responsibilities when you choose HP+ service.
For example, at this writing, HP+:
- HP+ includes an extended (longer) Warranty on your printer
- Requires that you always use HP genuine ink cartridges in the printer - Again, this is not "Instant Ink" - the requirement is that you use HP branded ink
- The printer must be connected to the Internet to allow monitoring by the HP+ Service
- HP+ service includes Concierge Service - with extra setup help and assistance

Open HP+ Printer Homepage > Concierge Help > Click the Contact Us link in the Orange box

Contact Instant Ink Support and ask for help.
