Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I forgot my admin password that i made hen i setup the HP PAGEWIDE PRO 477 DW .I tried factory reset and it did not work.Is there a way to reset the password.

Are you positive you set a password? Because even if it is asking for a password, that doesn't mean a password was setup for it. It could very well be solved with a default password at that point. Such as 0000 or 1234. But if you are positive you created one then I am afraid I am no help then.
