Hello,
In order to solve this incident, please perform a factory default setting as follows:
- You must press the following key combination quickly: Menu (
) button and # 1 9 3 4 on the printer keyboard.
- Touch the Menu (
) button again, then the OK button. The screen will display Tech Mode.
- Press the < > buttons until the technical menu does not appear on the second line of the screen, confirm it with the OK button.
- Now select Data Setup menu, then the OK button.
- At this point, search and select Clear All Memory, and then confirm with the OK button. Now the printer is restored to the factory setting.
- Please reconfigure your printer.
