Hi @GLOHELP
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.
Thanks for explaining that—let’s keep this as simple and clear as possible.
Here’s how to reset your HP DeskJet 3700 All-in-One printer:
- Turn on the printer if it’s not already on.
- Open the cartridge access door (the front flap where you install ink).
- Press and hold the Power button and the Wireless button at the same time.
- Keep holding both buttons for at least 3 seconds.
- Close the cartridge door.
- Wait about 20 seconds—your printer will restart automatically.
This will reset your printer to its factory settings. After that, you’ll need to reconnect it to Wi-Fi and reconfigure it using the HP Smart app or your computer.
If you’d prefer to follow HP’s official guide, you can find it on HP’s support page for the DeskJet 3700 series.
Let me know if you’d like help reconnecting it to Wi-Fi or setting it up again—I’ll walk you through it step by step.
If my response helped, please mark it as an Accepted Solution! ✅ It helps others and spreads support. 💙 Also, tapping "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" makes a big difference! Thanks! 😊
Take care, and have an amazing day!
