Operating System: iOS

My iMac and my iPhone 13 Pro have lost touch with my ENVY Photo 7800 series printer.  I've attempted everything that HPSmart suggests, at least twice, but nothing happens.  Tried to add a printer and reach a dead end.  Printer shows it is online and computer shows it is connected, but when I try to print it can't find printer.  So frustrated!

There is also a couple of factory resets that might work if the above resets does not .
