Check Wi-Fi Connection:
- Ensure that your smartphone and the printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure the Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable.
Restart Devices:
- Turn off both your phone and the printer.
- Wait for a few seconds and then turn them back on.
- Try setting up the printer again.
Update HP Smart App:
- Ensure that you are using the latest version of the HP Smart app. If not, update it from the app store.
Check Printer Status:
- Make sure there are no error messages or paper jams on the printer.
- Ensure that the printer is turned on and in a ready state.
Reset Printer:
- If the issue persists, you may try resetting the printer. Check the printer manual for instructions on how to reset it.
Forget and Reconnect Wi-Fi:
