Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M527dn

Acabo de comprar una impresora M527dn usada con el paquete de firmware versión 3.8.0.2, revisión 2308214_000905 y código de fecha 20170602. He estado intentando actualizar a la última versión, pero se queda en el modo de actualización un rato y luego vuelve al menú. He probado las tres versiones disponibles en la página de descargas con los mismos resultados. ¿Hay alguna manera de actualizar esta impresora a la última versión de firmware? Gracias!

Vi que decían que había un archivo de Léame con unos pasos pero desconozco en donde se encuentra. gracias por su apoyo.

1. You can update your printer firmware using a USB drive following steps from the next video:

  • Puede actualizar el firmware de su impresora utilizando una unidad USB siguiendo los pasos que se indican en el siguiente video:

2. Also you can find the Readme file in the next link:

  • También puede encontrar el archivo Léame en el siguiente enlace:

>> Readme - Laserjet firmware update

>> http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/LJM527/readme_ljM527_fs5.pdf
