I've had my printer for a couple years now but never set it up properly. I discarded the information that was printed due to negligence on my behalf and failed to scan it because I didn't know it was important. My printer has worked before, it just never took the ink well and now I am having trouble connecting it to my phone and laptop and I don't know what to do. My warranty has expired and I don't think there is any way to recover the password to my printer. Will I be able to use my printer or will I have to purchase another one?
