I want to install duplex unit in my windows 10 , but in printer properties it is not showing me the option. even after installing the software from your website of full solution for HP LASERJET PRO 400 M401DNE. KINDLY HELP ME ASAP.

Hi,
Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
