Hello HP-Team,
i just have an envy 5030 printer and found out about "setup cartridges". I have two packages of black and colour catridges. Setup Cartridges missing. Got this printer by the company without them. Is there any way i can get this printer working?
hopefully

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
The ink cartridges that go with the printers are set up ink cartridges that are designed to initialize the printer.
There is no option to perform a reset on this model printer to bypass the use of setup ink cartridges. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
