Hi everybody,

I can't install my printer HP envy 6020e. I followed all the instructions but my chromebook doesn't seem to find the printer. And yes, my electricity is on, wifi is on, in short the basics are coverd. It is just that every time I try to install via the app, my computer can't find the printer. My printer is never in the list as if it was never produced.

I understand that you are trying to setup the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You can set up the printer using HP Smart app.
