psc 2350
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i've tried to install psc 2350 on Windows 10 64 but it did not recognize it.

I tried following the official article:

HP Printers - Installing an Alternate USB Print Driver (Windows 😎 | HP® Customer Support

and i've reached to install the hp deskjet 5550 driver and to have the print working, but this does not solve the scanner problem, in fact i see an unknown device in the devices which is the scanner (USB\VID_03F0&PID_4911&REV_0100&MI_00)

How can I install the scanner? Is there a "generic way" like the printer with the 5550 driver?

Thanks in advance

@fedepr, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Yes, support options for this printer are limited due to its age. Adobe has stopped supporting the Flash player that was required for HP Solution Center. There is no update on new software as of now.

You may use HP Scan and Capture app from Microsoft Store to scan from your computer

If this does not help, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
