Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have uninstalled the drivers and software for my printer and need to reinstall them. Instructions tell me to disconnect my vpn . When I do I lose connection to the internet so i can't download. I have Nordvpn. What do I do?

I guess its time to pull out my old scanner to scan my documents.  This is too troublesome.  Everytime I try to open the app it is just spinning and never loads.  Just don't have the time to uninstall and set up everytime I use.  Yes, Its time for an upgrade.
