i am not able to install the envy 6032 on windows 7 64 bit.
Though it should be compatible, i cannot install it:
123.hp.com asks to install easy start
the easy start 13.2 says that it is not compatible with windows 7
also 12.8 says the same.
How can I proceed?

Hi,
The software is compatible with Windows 7:
If you get any other error, I would guess you are missing crucial updates provided over the years, this is a very older operating system while the software is much newer.
Please go to the Control Panel and select System, then Update and security, were the latest updates installed or may your PC has never updated with a red color background there? this will result such an error due to lack of service packs and system updates so updating your operating system with the latest updates would be the first step to start with.
